Dr. Sukumar Sinha brings over 28 years of leadership experience in Analytical Research and Development, specializing in APIs, Formulation Products, and Complex Molecules. He has played a key role in achieving market authorizations, fostering global collaborations, and establishing analytical laboratories from concept to successful operation.
His technical expertise spans Sameness Studies of Complex Molecules, Mass Spectroscopy, Chromatography, Polymorphism, Method Development & Validation, Regulatory Filing Support, and GLP Compliance.
He has contributed to leading organizations such as Glenmark Life Sciences, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Armour Chemicals. Dr. Sinha also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (IGNOU) and has completed the Executive Development Programme in Transformational Leadership from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
As Managing Director, Dr Sukumar leads Axia Analytics with a clear vision of building a world-class Organization . His strategic direction, rooted in deep Scientific understanding and strong focus on quality, positions Axia Analytics on a path towards Global excellence.

He has been instrumental in strategic collaborations with multinational pharmaceutical companies and has successfully established advanced analytical laboratories from planning to full-scale operations.
His technical expertise includes NMR Spectroscopy, Polymorphism Studies, CMC Dossier Preparation, Stability Studies, and GLP Compliance.
Dr. Dwivedi has worked with renowned organizations such as Glenmark Life Sciences, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals, and Wockhardt. His scientific insight and commitment to quality continue to guide Axia Analytics toward global analytical excellence.

Currently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Tax Consultants Association of Raigad, his strategic insights and guidance strengthen the financial governance and fiscal planning of Axia Analytics, supporting its vision of sustainable and compliant growth.

Dr. Suresh Kadam brings over 30 years of extensive experience in Chemical Research, with significant contributions in the areas of New Chemical Entities (NCEs) and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs). He has played a pivotal role in scaling up and characterizing numerous NCEs and in developing cost-effective API processes successfully implemented at manufacturing sites.
His in-depth expertise in Organic Chemistry has been instrumental in identifying, synthesizing, and characterizing a wide range of impurities, enabling organizations to effectively meet regulatory expectations and customer requirements. His scientific leadership has supported multiple strategic collaborations and business partnerships with leading multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Dr. Kadam’s core competencies include small-molecule synthesis, plant-scale troubleshooting, NMR spectroscopy, polymorph screening, salt selection, and providing strategic insights for product-portfolio development.
He has been associated with reputed organizations such as Glenmark Life Sciences, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, USV Ltd., Wockhardt, Merind,Duphar Interfron, andPharmaceutical Products of India. He has authored Five international publications and holds Thirty patents.
